little girls, big thoughts

My kids love to talk.

Sometimes, they say something sweet.

Sometimes something funny.

Sometimes something wise.

Sometimes I don’t understand them at all.

Since I don’t always have time to write a full blog about the goings-on in our household, I thought it would be fun to share something small each week. So in addition to my longer blog posts, I will begin sharing my favorite quotes and conversations from my daughters.

This week, I am going to share one of my all time favorite quotes from Ava.

“Imagination means that unicorns are real.”

A little girl philosophy.

A thought wrapped in ribbons of innocence and intertwined with surprising maturity.

Wouldn’t it be great if it were true?
